Since 2008, Montanari Lifts Components is committed to responsible and quality manufacturing of Made in India traction machines and elevator components. Today we are proud to disclose our Pune HQ has received the Integrated Management System (IMS) certification, incorporating ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 within a unified Management framework. This rigorous and challenging certification process focused simultaneously on three key areas of modern industrial organisation: Quality system, Environmental management, and occupational Health and Safety.

The IMS certification recognizes the Company adoption of an integrated and connected approach towards strategic operation areas, that often are considered and (mis)treated as separate activities:
- ISO 9001:2015 establishes the framework for managing Quality-related processes, supporting consistency over production, customer focus and continual improvement.
- ISO 14001:2015 addresses all environmental aspects of corporate activities providing a structured approach to improve Environmental performance and manage related responsibilities.
- ISO 45001:2018 provides a systematic approach to occupational Health and Safety, including the identification and minimization of workplace hazards and risks.
